The Zen of Running

My birthday will be in a month and I’ve decided that for my last month of my 26, I’ll run everyday, as a form of meditation. No expectations about what will happen after that month, or worrying about my past “running” experience, just living in the moment, the joy of       NOW. I invite you to be my running partner, and share your experience with me.  I was surely inspired by this book “The Zen of Running”, take a look if you can.
